Advice for Subscribers

We have listed the below points for you to consider and check before deciding to book or attend any of the Events listed on our site.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all information is correct on our website, TogDays is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the description of the Events. Subscribers are advised to check and confirm all details are correct with the organiser prior to booking or attending an event as occasionally dates, fees and other conditions may change.

The main details of each Event and any special notices are usually listed in the entry, however, below is some very important information to consider before booking or attending.

• 1. Costs.

The costs of an Event should be within the Event description, however this could just be an indicative value for a specific element of the Event. For 'Pay on Arrival' type Events, check with the organiser before attending to ensure no surprises when you arrive. Also check what the cost covers and that there are no hidden extras that were not immediately obvious.

• 2. Dates & Times.

Dates and Times of Events will be shown in each entry, but you should check that these are still correct before booking or attending an Event. Circumstances may cause changes, and the Organisers may not have had time to update the site. Also check the Duration of an event with the Organiser.

• 3. Address of an Event.

The Address of an event will be shown in the Entry, but shouild be confirmed with the Organiser before booking or attending, in case changes have been made.

• 4. Organisers Website & Contact Details.

Organisers should have their contact details and website link available on each Event, so please use this to check all details before booking or attending an Event.

• 5. Bookings & Refunds.

Booking an Event, Terms of Booking, and Refund Policies will be as per the Organisers Terms, and nothing to do with TogDays. Please check with the Organiser to ensure you understand these terms before booking as TogDays will not accept any responsibity or liability for any purchase made for an Event.

Advice for Organisers

We have listed the below points for you to consider when entering Event Details.

• 1. Categories

Subscribers may search for Events in a specific Category, eg Hides, or Workshops. Try to use the most appropriate Category and Sub Category that applies to your Event so as to get maximum exposure. If there isn't a category available that covers your need then please contact us with details using Contact Togdays, and we will add it to the list.

• 2. Keywords

Subscribers can also search for events by Keywords, so try to add as many as you can that wold be used in finding your Event. Eg, If you are running a Worshop on Street Photography in London, then use Keywords such as 'Street', 'Workshop', 'London', 'Training' etc.

• 3. Titles and Details

Subscribers who find your Event will need to know as much detail as possible before boooking or attending it. Try to include as much detail as you can including Costs, meeting instructions, how to book, minimal requirements for eqquipment etc.

• 4. Dates & Times

If your Event is limited on dayes and times then be specific with these. If it it open-ended, eg a Hide that is always available, then enter a long range of dates, eg from 1st January to 31st December. However if there are certain dates that are NOT available, be sure to put these in the Details section of the Event.

• 5. Contact Details

When creating your Event, make sure that you have full contact details available plus a website link to the Event if applicable, so that any subscribers can get in touch with you.

• Our Service to search for Events and view their details is completely free and does not require a subscription. However, in order to receive regular updates and notifications of specific events in your area, you should subscribe to the service . You can unsubscribe at any time.

The togdays.co.uk Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by Togdays, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

As an Organiser of Events, You agree to grant to Togdays.co.uk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information you submit to the Event Listings. You also grant to Togdays.co.uk the right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials and other information as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no recourse against Togdays.co.uk for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to Togdays.co.uk.

Trademarks.

Publications, products, content or services referenced herein or on the Site are the exclusive trademarks or servicemarks of Togdays.co.uk. Other product and company names mentioned in the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Use of the Site.

You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by Togdays, Togdays does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. 6.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United Kingdom. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Togdays and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United Kingdom. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Togdays's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Togdays may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
